You have the right to exchange or return goods (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The products have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange goods, you must cover shipping (postal) charges for which you will not be reimbursed. You can do this by clicking on Contact/choosing Returns from drop down menu by sending us message.
As soon as we receive your goods, we will exchange your item(s) or give you a full refund, depending on your wish as long as items are unused with labels and original packiging intact.
We take no responsibility for any goods lost during shipping.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
You can return purchased goods by sending them back to our address ( 49A Rijksstraatweg, 2024DA, Haarlem, Netherlands) specifying clearly that you require return and make sure your personal information is clear and visible. We will deal with returned goods within 5 working days automatically ferunding your Bank account or credit cards depending on what was used at the point of purchase. You will receive your money back within 10 working days depending on the speed at which individual banks are processing transaction.
If goods are returned outside 14days period from the point of dispatch, we will no longer refund the goods but only provide you with the possibility to exchange.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
We exchange goods only for other sizes but not for another good. You can Exchange purchased goods by sending them back to our address ( 49A Rijksstraatweg, 2024DA, Haarlem, Netherlands) specifying clearly you require exchange and making sure your personal information is clear and visible. We will deal with exchanged goods within 5 working days.
All goods are checked for Quality and defects before they are shipped. If you do not receive an item in perfect condition and there is manufacturing fault or damage upon receipt use Contact us/Defected Goods Drop down menu and drop us a message. Articles damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered as defected and will therefore not be refunded or exchanged. We can only exchange defective items for another item while the stock lasts. You will not be reimbursed for any postage paid in order to return or exchange defected items.
